This hyper-realistic human heart looks like it was just ripped from its victim. The prop is great for haunted houses, zombie food, or just a cool conversation piece. It is made from super-flexible urethane foam and coated with realistic urethane blood. The material is the same that stress balls are made from, and in a pinch, this can work as one.
